At least, within 30 days, you can return whatever you purchase from us. Unfortunately, there will be no return or exchange acceptable after 30 days of purchasing.
The returning item must be in its original form and unused without any damage to sealing. Only items in original packaging are acceptable for returning.
Some particular products are not eligible for return. Among these, perishable goods are on the top of the list like flowers, magazines, newspapers, and food. Moreover, hazardous materials, sanitary items, and flammable gases or liquids are not acceptable.
Other non-returnable products include;
- Personal care and health items
- Gift cards
To complete the return process, you need to present proof of purchasing as a receipt.
It is mandatory to note that the purchased item should not be directly returned to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds are also possible in certain situations only if applicable;
- If the item is not in its original condition or having some missing part excluding our error
- If the returning time has been exceeded up the due date like after 30 days.
After reception and inspection of your returns, you receive a confirmation email informing you about the acceptance or rejection of the refund.
In an approval case, your refunding process will be initiated. Then you will soon receive your credit via the direct transfer into your credit card, or manual payment methods will be followed.
There might be the possibility of a late refund due to some technical or personal errors. In such a case, you need to mail your Credit Card Company or bank.
Sale items are not refundable but regular ones.
Defective items are exchangeable. In such a situation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also deliver your items to our address, i.e., 1049 NW 1st CT, Hallandale Beach FL, 33009.
Kindly keep in mind that we are not responsible for the shipping cost in returning process. In such a case, a shipping deduction from the refundable amount will be considered.
