Time for shipment processing

Our shipment processing time is approximately 2-5 working days. While during holidays or weekends, orders are not delivered or shipped.

In case of a heavy burden of shipment due to excessive orders, delivery time may be delayed.
The delay will of few days so please keep calm. We request you to allow some additional days for emergency cases.

Sometimes, due to unexpected reasons, you may be delayed for a significant time. Worry not because we will inform you via telephone or email.

Rates for shipping

We only ship to the USA, not other countries.

We are shipping free of cost for all your orders.

(Transit time will be of 3-7 working days excluding time for handling)

Shipping options are not available to Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes.

Confirmation of shipment via the tracking

When you place your order, you will soon receive a confirmation message via email for confirmation. You can track your shipment (within 24 hours) via the tracking code you receive during the confirmation email.

Taxes and duties

Kinpur Pet Care is free from all the taxes and duties that may be imposed on your order during shipment. The customer is responsible for all the tariffs and taxes.

Damages

The company is not responsible for any damage to products during shipment and delivery. If you received your order in damaged form, you need to file your claim after contacting the carrier for shipment immediately. Don’t forget to save the damaged goods and packaging materials before claiming.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we are not liable for the refunding of sale items but regular-priced products.

Exchanges

Damaged or defective items are exchangeable. In such cases, you can email us.

Gifts

If an item is marked as a gift during purchasing and delivered directly, you will get a gift credit to help you return values. Then you will receive a gift certificate via email after receiving the returned item.
